Hello I am seeking a private room or affordable studio. Not the best credit but I am working on it. I have no evictions or repossessions I have stable employment. Due to trying to fixing my credit I’m looking for something around $800 but my max is $1000. I am very clean, respectful and out of the house most of the time at work. A little bit about myself I am 32 years old, I work in the mental health field. I spend my days off hiking working out or spending time with family. I have no kids but I do have a 9 year old nephew who will visit and stay the night with me occasionally. Looking for a quiet place to rest on my days off. Parking is also a huge factor, I cannot rent anywhere that has no parking or horrible street parking. Thank you so much for your time and consideration.
