Beverly Hills Personal Injury Law firm is seeking a Bookkeeper to perform a variety of duties including maintaining accounts and expenses, and providing administrative support. This is a unique firm. Prior personal injury law firm experience a huge plus.

Must have a basic understanding of bookkeeping/accounting and be able to carry out any task given relating to accounting, financials, payroll and other record-keeping profiles involved with our firm.
A quality candidate will possess the following traits:
o Knowledge and experience in handling different account types.
o Extensive knowledge in the use of QuickBooks and Intuit.
o Knowledge in working with vendor Invoices, general ledgers and billing clients.
o Knowledge of recording transactions into appropriate accounts and maintaining bank balances
o Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable
o Knowledge of reconciliations
o Problem solver
o Good writing and communication skills
o Prepare checks
o Review spreadsheets
o Strong administration skills
o Ability to prioritize and organize workflow
o Two (2) years experience in bookkeeping/accounting
