Section 8 OPEN Waitlist For 2 Bedroom!
Jasmine Garden is a 164 unit project based section 8 community in Compton, CA. The community sits on over 13 acres of land so all of our 65 buildings are spaced out comfortably. In addition, our professional on-site staff is available to assist you 5 days a week between the hours of 8am through 4pm. We also provide 24/7 on-call maintenance for any emergencies that may arise.
Normally our waiting list is several years long. However, our 2 bedroom waiting list was recently exhausted. This is great news for you because, if you add your name to the list now, you can possibly move-in very soon. In order to qualify for a 2 bedroom unit, the housing authority requires that you have a household size of 3-4 people. There are income restrictions as well as other qualifications you must meet in order to be approved.
