Please read before calling, this is only for ONE person. I am offering a medium-sized RV for rent in a nice neighborhood in Compton, CA, situated between Rosecrans and Central. The RV is completely furnished and features a 32" television, a small size refrigerator, an electric one burner hot plate to cook, a microwave, a twin size bed, and a bedside drawer, an ikea closet, a big ikea drawer for clothes, and a small table and chair to eat. Outside the RV there is a 8x8 plastic shed which you can use for extra storage, the rent is $ 900 per month, along with a $ 500 security deposit, which encompasses electricity, water, trash collection, and Wi-Fi. The RV is located at the rear of my residence, with ample street parking available. Something very important that you must know is that I have cats in my property, of course they are not aloud inside the RV but you will see them chilling in the garden, I also have 2 little dogs that are mostly indoor dogs, Please if you don't like cats or dogs this might not be a place for you to live, in this house we respect all kind of animals and we make sure that they are safe, we respect people that don't like animals and we are not asking to love our pets just to respect them. I am seeking a single occupant, with a stable employment situation, and no illegal substances or visitors permitted.
