Andrew (25) grew up in California and has lived in many other cities and countries. He likes movies, salsa, reading, and cooking (and is likely to share with you). He works in space and aerospace tech with a focus on helping LA communities enter the industry. He will never turn down an opportunity to learn something new from you.
Jaime (30) grew up in California and works in hospitality. He likes video games and going to the movies with his friends. When he isn't at work or at home he goes out to eat with his sister or friends He generally keeps to himself but is always down for a good conversation when people are around.
The landlord is responsive and helpful and has taken care of things like getting a new water heater when the old one went one within hours.
No pets, kids, live-in-couples, smoking or drugs. We're professional and polite and all work weekday hours. Outside of that we like to go out, try new restaurants, and explore. You're welcome to hang out after work as little or as much as you like.
It's nice to come home after a long day at work and be able to relax. The living room has recliners, a new sofa/futon bed, a flatscreen TV, and fireplace. Some of this may go as the last roommate moves out so you are welcome to mix your furniture in.
The rent is $1250/m + 1/3 utilities (approx $100/m). Total $1350/m and Everything is included -- fastest WiFi with dual band router, water, electricity, trash, HOA, gas, etc.
The security deposit is 1 month rent. Application fee $40. Lease is month to month.
If you're new to the area, we're happy to show you around. It's a very safe family neighborhood and lots of people walking, biking, or walking their dogs. There's a park and elementary school down the street you can walk to, or relax and read by the pool. We are 20 minutes from Manhattan Beach, Venice Beach, Culver City, Torrance, Palos Verdes, 35 minutes to DTLA or West Hollywood. 12 minutes to Whole Foods, Mendocino Farms, and fine dining in Manhattan Beach, and 8 minutes to Costco, In N Out, and great Japanese, Korean, and Thai food in Gardena. 15 minutes from LAX so Uber rides to the airport are only $25.
