We are looking for a one yr lease, proof of income and fair credit. This rental could be for a family, a group of students, painters with huge canvas. I is a 3 story walk up; a private heaven on earth. 1 BR, 3/4 Bathroom, full bar and kitchen, and enormous spaces to section off with dividers or if you have an enormous amount in storage and want to walk it upstairs you will have a safe place to live with your thing.
