This house is a separate detached single family home in the back of the property. Walk to the end of the driveway. Private patio in front of the house is included too for your sole use. It is not shared with other units on the property. Small space behind the house can be tended and used as a garden. The house is one of three units on the property. To view it please email or text to let me know that you are interested, and simply show up for the open house during the hours listed above. It will be open as listed for viewing by any interested party who informs me in advance, and confirms. Wood floors, dinning area, washer and dryer hookups.

Tenants pay for all utilities including water, trash and sewage. Common bill for water/ sewage to be divided by three since there are three units on the property, to cover each unit. Gas and electricity is separately metered and set-up by the tenants themselves. Washer and dryer hookups in place. Non tabacco-smoking tenants preferred. Street parking only. There is no parking available on the property. Tenants will need to maintain the garden and patio area and do landscaping themselves, or hire someone to take care of this regularly.
