The kitchen has granite countertops throughout, a gas stove and oven (SO much better than electric!), a dishwasher, and bar top for informal dining in addition to your dining area. And yes, it has air conditioning, two ceiling fans for great circulation without the electric cost, laundry facility on our premises, and assigned carport parking.
And best of all, it has US -- private owners of this 8 unit building and we love it and will love you too, and we promise to take care of you in a way you have never seen before because we genuinely CARE.
