We’ve loved sharing our Malibu guest apartment on Airbnb (over 160 five-star reviews!), where we usually charge $350 a night (plus Airbnb’s 14% fee). That works out to nearly $12,000 for a month.
Since we’ll be traveling the next few months and can’t manage frequent turnarounds, we’re offering it here, fully furnished, for $7,500 per month including utilities. That’s a big break compared to Airbnb pricing. We just ask $100 a week for our wonderful housekeeper.

The apartment is a fully furnished 2-bedroom with a kitchenette, a little ocean view, and your own private jacuzzi. Guests have said things like “The location can’t be beat… the outdoor setting is amazing,” and “Beautiful home with incredible ocean views and a great yard.”
