Only 1 block from a grocery store, cafes, and restaurants. The available room is large, 12 x 15, and unfurnished, and comes with a private bathroom. I've had the lease for 5 years and have enjoyed sharing the home with others all through that time. Many of my former roommates remain friends. The cozy, warm vibe is important to me, and I'm open to sharing space with a variety of people. The main requirement is that you have a full time job or school setup outside of the home.
