We're directly behind Abbot Kinney on a quiet, tree lined street. The house is a spacious 2 story bungalow. The bottom floor has a full bath, living room, dining room, kitchen, and w/d room with small storage area. Top floor is a sun filled, majestic room with skylights and windows all around - with a half bath. Photos aren't great - way better in-person.
Us: 2 young 30 something women who occupy the other 2 bungalows (a small complex with shared walkway) - we work in creative/entrepreneurship, a bit nerdy, love to go out, host a potluck, for walks, or grab food. We very much do our own thing while also having a great relationship.
You: love making new friends + are chill
IDEALLY: also down to buy the furniture in the house, huge bonus if so!
