About Apartment
It’s a 3-bedroom apartment, though one of the rooms is set up as a dedicated home office (not a shared space).
• Top-Floor, Corner Unit in a secure 6-unit building
• Bright and airy with windows throughout that fill the space with natural light
• Private bedroom with no shared walls. Fully furnished with a queen size bed, large dresser & closet, T.V., window shades, and a full-length mirror
• Shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo, strong shower pressure with filtered water, fresh finishes, and good storage.
• Shared backyard with the building. It has plenty of outdoor seating, umbrellas, grill, and plants.
• Washer and dryer in the building, plus a clothesline if you prefer to air-dry your laundry
Neighbors in the Building
The building is made up of working professionals. Friendly and respectful. Neighbors smile and hold the door, lend a hand when needed, and are considerate of shared spaces and noise at night.
We’re Looking for:
• One person (no pets or couples).
• Financially stable and pays rent on time.
• Experienced living with roommates and understands the balance of noise, space, and communication.
• Helps keep the apartment clean and comfortable.
• You have an active life out in the world and see home as a place to unwind and recharge.
• Values a quiet, low-key home base. The occasional guest is welcome, but this isn’t a weekly hosting spot or social hub.
• An even-tempered, self-aware individual who appreciates connection and personal space. You want a home that feels calm and well cared for.
Logistics
• Rent: $1,450/month
• Security Deposit: $1,450
• Short-Term Sublet – 3 months
• Standard California Sublet Agreement will be signed
• Proof of Employment/Income required
About Us
We’ve been together for 9 years and our home is very much a reflection of that: grounded, stable, and cared for. Over the years, we’ve sublet our guest room on and off to people from all around the world. We take pride in keeping our home clean and cozy enough to unwind and recharge. Most importantly, we have a four-legged daughter. She's small, gentle, hypoallergenic and brings the sweetest presence to the apartment.
