Thomas Webb partially engraved, partially three-layer cameo covered vase, designed and executed by George Woodall. This vase appears in the sketch book of George Woodall as N. 2627 (published in English Cameo Glass by Ray and Lee Grover on page 338). There's also an entry for the vase on page 11 of the original Thomas Webb & Sons price book (page 186 of English Cameo Glass), which gives details about the vase including the artist's cost in hours and the original sale price.
It stands 11" tall. It originally came with a stand, but that has been lost to time. There is one small area (roughly .25") where the colored layers have chipped away from the clear glass. Marked "Webb" on the base.
