Runs great! Has very low mileage, about 49,900 miles! Generator works. Lights work. I just bought a brand new battery for it, fuel filter, fuel pump, relay and changed the spark plugs, rotor and cap. It has a refrigerator, microwave, kitchen, water faucets, toilet and shower! It was valued at around $14,000 plus. The title is clean, new smog and the new registration was just paid.

It has many accessories, a closet and I just had the outside sealed to prevent leaking. It gets great gas mileage and is a 4-cylinder engine.

I would also consider trading for a nice car, SUV or rent exchange for a good place to live or a combination of monies and something worthwhile to me. I am only the 2nd original owner of this vehicle!
