Like new. Was used to hold some electronics in our office, but is intended for industrial use. Very well made stainless steel, with nice heavy rubber wheels. Could work as in the kitchen, or art studio, or restaurant, etc. Comes with its original assembly manual in case you want to disassemble and re-assemble it for transit.
