I bought this frame on Ebay in which it came from Poland to build as an Eroica bike. I would guess that the frame was built in the 80s due to the bottom bracket cable guides. Rare bike in the US, couldn’t find much about it but the stickers are the same font as the Carreras made in the 90s. Hand made steel frame with Campagnolo dropouts. There are no tubing manufacture stickers so it could be Columbus or some other Euro tubing? Frame is in good condition with no dents and many scratches, the worst is on the top tube where the brake cable runs. Has almost a complete Dura Ace 7400 group, the only item that isn’t are the shifters which are Rivendell Silver Shifters. Bike handles great and is smooth ride. Seeing that the promoter killed the Eroica ride the bike has been sitting for the last few years collecting dust.
