Newer interior upgrades include: custom cushion reupholstery, custom teak wood shower boards in both heads, new faucets, new LED lighting, new smoke + carbon monoxide detector, new electrical heads (not yet installed but available).
Recent maintenance items include: routine engine service, fuel system service, replacement of the starter battery, monthly hull cleaning, exterior polishing, replacement of the freshwater filter, cleaning of the water tank, holding tank cleaning, system flush, and bilge cleaning and flushing.
Previous owner upgrades & service (2023): B&G navionics, VHF, standing rigging, running rigging (headsail sheets, main halyard).
Survey performed in 2025 (can be provided for review). Monthly hull cleanings with the recent 11/2025 cleaning, noting that the bottom hull is in good condition. Zincs replaced 4/2025. Engine serviced 4/2025.

Over $12,000 worth of upgrades (B&G system, exterior and interior upgrades) within the last 2 years in preparation for long-distance coastal sailing and liveaboard.
