Vintage 20" 1966 Schwinn Sting Ray Deluxe frame. This is the very rare three-speed model as evidence by the the rear caliper brake mount. Coppertone finish. Good condition with some dents on right chain stay (see photo). Looks like mod to accommodate larger chain ring.
