This is a black, hard plastic (not rubbery) sun cover for large Raymarine Axiom displays.

I don't know which model it is for but based on the measurements, it looks like it's one of the bigger screens... Maybe the 12 or 15 inch? I think it's too big for the 9.

It is for the flat touchscreen models without the protruding wheel knob in the corner....

It measures 15" diagonally. See photos.

In excellent condition. No issues.
