We are looking for an experienced team to hire as resident manager of a 15 units apartment.
The position will offer as compensation a 2-bedroom 1 bath apartment. The team will handle new rentals, maintain building clean, serve notices, handle move- in and move-out procedure, collect rents, deposit rents in excel at main office, handle tenant inquiries, organize entries with vendors when necessary. Able to write incident reports and meet with owner once a week to report any concerns with the building and tenants.
Applicant must also be able to perform handyman services and be on-call service for other buildings once a month. Must have own tools and transportation and be able to communicate with tenants. English and Spanish are a plus for this position.
