This is a Halloween costume meant to scare. Not for trick or treating. It’s on “running” stilts and has articulated arms. I’ve used it many years to scare children and adults at our haunted house. I’m getting older and have passed the torch for the haunted house and this is not a costume for older folks. I used to chase cars full of kids down the street. It’s a workout and needs practice with the stilts. However, it is an extremely effective and scary costume. Very fun and very dramatic. Stands 9 ft tall and arm span of about 12 ft.
