This was used as a prop poster on the show. It's a mock poster for Mr. Peck's Comedy Club with a photograph of Lenny Bruce taped to it. It was featured prominently throughout the show, many times alongside the comedy luminaries who appeared as guest stars on the three episodes that carried the, "Save Mr. Peck's," storyline.
The gist of the episodes is that Mr. Peck's was the place where Garry got his start, and that the club is about to be shut down, which in turn, causes Garry to take a stand by hosting a gala benefit event aimed at keeping it in business.
