Looking for Footage of an Incident outside Fig Tree/ Phoenix House (Venice)

A woman was attacked on the boardwalk 4 years ago at night. About ten residents of Phoenix House recorded it on their phones. For information that leads to the footage I will gladly pay $1,000 (one thousand dollars),same day; I will also pay twice that much for each copy of the footage. Also looking to pay those who witnessed it to speak on camera.
