* Managed Portfolio: You will be assigned a specific portfolio of accounts and will be responsible for making outbound calls and managing your queue.
We handle a variety of accounts, including credit card debt, consumer loans, payday loans (PDL), and auto loans.
Who We're Looking For:
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in debt collection.
* A self-starter who is motivated by a commission-based structure and has a history of success in a target-driven environment.
* Someone with strong negotiation skills who can effectively manage a full portfolio of accounts.
