Bilingual Plus. Record Keeping. Close-out document preparation.
Looking for someone with experience in clerical duties such as answering telephone call, Excellent customer service, sending and receiving emails and faxes, and Communication between customers and Technicians, Updating data bases and managing flow and creating schedules. Must have a good grammar, spelling and writing in order to create documents. Must be able to type Quickly, send and receive invoices to customers.
