Tech Help Setting Two Windows PCs (West LA - Mar Vista)

I have two Dell Windows 11 pro PCs that I need assistance setting up.
One has a large array of programs that need to be reinstalled after Windows system reformatting, also with profiles to transfer over. The other is new and more of a workstation on a peer to peer network, also with profiles to transfer over.
You must have high quality experience in the Windows platform
Bonus points if you are good at solving networking issues - computer to computer.
This is in-person work in West LA - Mar Vista - Not far from the Marina del Rey Costco
