Seeking an IT + Contacts Management Wizard for home, small-business, and remote support in Santa Monica.
Priority Responsibilities:
• Google Contacts + iCloud Contacts cleanup, syncing, deduping, and ongoing management for large datasets.
• Google Workspace Admin support (users, email security, DNS records, forwarding, restores).
• Apple ecosystem troubleshooting (iPhone/iPad/Mac), backups, recovery, and device setup.
• Sonos setup, WiFi optimization, router configuration, cable cleanup, TV setup, and remote syncing.
• Hidden camera installs, alarm resets, and general tech problem-solving across home + office.
Requirements:
• Proven IT support + cloud contacts management experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and organization skills.
• Comfortable working independently across home and small-business environments.
• Ideally based near Santa Monica for quick onsite visits.
