Compensation: $20–$25/hour + commission per client onboarded Bonuses UP TO $500 PER MONTH!

About the Role
Noel Capital Co. is a rapidly growing credit repair and funding consultancy helping entrepreneurs and professionals restore credit, access capital, and rewrite their financial stories.
We are hiring a Credit Repair & Funding Operations Assistant to manage client communications, process disputes, and ensure client satisfaction from onboarding through completion.
Responsibilities
Assist clients through the credit repair process—collect documents, update progress, and communicate timelines.
Draft and send dispute letters (FCRA, CFPB, FTC-based templates provided).
Track responses from bureaus and creditors and update CRM (Lofty or HighLevel).
Manage client files, payment plans, and referral programs.
Follow up on leads, send onboarding emails/texts, and ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain compliance and accuracy across all client interactions.
Requirements
1–2 years experience in credit repair, financial services, or operations.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with credit laws (FCRA, FDCPA, Truth in Lending).
Ability to multitask, handle sensitive data, and meet deadlines.
Tech-savvy—comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, and online dispute systems.
