Award-winning YouTube conversation show “Without Note” seeks a sharp, reliable, entry-level Associate Producer Intern to help us power Season 12. We’re an 11-year-old, celebrity conversation series streaming across all 50 states and 26 countries—now inviting a news-hungry self-starter to join our remote team ~10 hours/week (flexible).
What you’ll do
- Research and help book high-caliber guests (outreach, calendaring, confirmations)
- Support promotion: write social copy, clip highlights, brainstorm hooks
- Track episode performance and audience feedback; suggest improvements
- Coordinate production logistics on Zoom/YouTube; keep timelines tight
What you bring
- You’re a news junkie with impeccable reliability and follow-through
- Strong writing, organization, and DM/email outreach chops
- Comfortable juggling time zones, deadlines, and fast pivots
- Bonus: familiarity with YouTube Studio, basic editing, Canva, or CRM tools
