Description:
I’m seeking a reliable, independent person to help find qualified renters for private monthly timeslots in my shared clinic/office suite located in an upscale area of north Santa Monica, within a beautiful historic medical building just two blocks from the beach and near the 3rd Street Promenade.
This is a commission-only opportunity — no payment is made until a timeslot is rented to an approved subtenant and their payment has fully cleared.
About the Office:
Approximately 390 sq ft suite with a reception area and two furnished treatment rooms (each with a sink)
Quiet, professional setting ideal for acupuncturists, therapists, nutritionists, or other health-related professionals
Internet, utilities, housekeeping, and tenant parking included
On-site parking available for visitors
Located north of Wilshire in one of Santa Monica’s most desirable medical buildings
Commission Terms:
Commission is paid only after Sublessor approves the renter and funds have cleared
No salary, hourly pay, or advance compensation
Commission rate to be discussed with qualified applicants, based on level of involvement
