**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager to oversee and lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.


- Manage and lead the remote customer service team to deliver exceptional service

- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures

- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints

- Train, coach, and mentor team members to enhance their skills

- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences

- Analyze customer feedback and data to make strategic decisions for improvement


- Proven experience in an e-commerce customer service management role

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent problem-solving abilities

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to answer phone calls, emails, chats and texts from customers efficiently and professionally

- Knowledge of Shopify platform is a major plus

- Administrative skills for managing team schedules and tasks

- Familiarity with phone etiquette for professional communication

- Experience in conducting interviews for hiring new team members

- Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
