Reliable customer service representative for a high end guitar shop.
Duties are the following:
Ship and receive guitars- professionally pack guitars to ship and unpack inbound inventory.
Process accessory orders- charge, invoice and ship.
Communicate with sales team via e-mail.
Follow up with customers via e-mail.
Maintain mini warehouse clean and organized.
Work days are Monday thru Friday. Hours are from 10 AM to 4 PM or 11 AM to 5 PM.
