A 2021 restoration with ~1,000 miles since completion, it’s finished in VW Florida Blue (LA5A) with a dual-finish treatment. Power comes from a Nissan/Datsun L26 2.6L straight-six (≈162 hp / ≈159 lb-ft) paired with a 5-speed with overdrive; highlights include structural reinforcement, new chrome bumpers, replacement soft top/frame/tonneau, Painless wiring, aluminum radiator, refreshed fuel/ignition/brakes/suspension/steering, and 15″ Minator wheels on 185/65R15 Toyo Extensa (DOT 06/2021).
