2005 Mercedes S55 AMG - Cheapest one listed on the internet!

305k+ miles

Issues (from biggest to smallest):

-Cylinder 8 misfire (tried swapped coil pack, did not solve the problem.)
> due to this, it will not pass smog (has check engine light)

-ABC warning light, pump is fine, seems to be an intermittent sensor issue (car drives fine and holds pressure and adjusts height with buttons still.)

- Heat Exchanger leaks (basically a second/backup radiator), main radiator is fine, does not overheat.

- The driver window has a crack on one of the panes, not all the way through.

- The lower front center mesh grille missing

- clear coat peeling in some places

Medium sized dent (size of a grapefruit?) on driver door

The good:
- It's a supercharged V8, it still sounds great on a cold start!
- Seats are in good shape, no rips.
- Clean Title

- If you put 10k more miles on it, you can join the Mercedes 500km Club and get a certificate and badge!

- Drives tight (other than the engine), around $10k in receipts over the last few years. Control arms, some suspension parts, plugs/wires/filters, transmission service, pulleys, supercharger bearing, and more.

-Significant value in original AMG parts. wheels, super charger, engine block, exhaust, interior, bumpers, engine cover, big brake calipers and rotors, hydraulic suspension parts, Steering wheel, Dash

I was driving this regularly until the cylinder 8 misfire a few months ago, so if someone wanted to figure out that misfire, it could be a sleeper beater! Or you can take care of all the issues and restore her to glory. I was going for the 500KM (315k miles) badge from Mercedes, but didn’t quite make it. If I had more room I’d hang on to the car and fix it, but I have several other cars and not enough room or time!

Currently registered as no-op, dues are current. If you are seriously interested, plan to get the car towed, since it is not registered.

Email or Text, If you call, leave a message and i'll call you back.

(also will be listing a 2001 CL500, and a 2004 E500 Wagon - those engines are both strong, no misfire issues, just trying to clear up some space!)

(will add more current pics soon)
