Entry level asst video editor (part-time to start)

compensation: $300/wk
We’re a small but growing Marketing agency in the South Bay. We’re looking for an entry level assistant editor to help us with video editing tasks, as well as helping update different clients and our social media accounts. A basic understanding of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and Social Media apps is a big plus. We will train you in our video editing workflows using Adobe Creative Suite. This is a 95% remote position so you must have your own mac editing computer with Adobe Creative Suite. Occasionally driving to Redondo Beach to pick up a hard-drive may be required.

Assistant Editor - Main Role: Organize and prepare footage and create rough cuts for Sizzle Reels, Commercials and Social Media Edits for different clients. We provide the footage - and training, and you help organize the materials, and work directly with the lead editor to complete the project. Creative input encouraged.

Expectations:
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Express each clients' company views creatively
- Available during normal business hours 9 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday
- Intermediate design skills and knowledge of Adobe CC

We work with a variety of clients from different industries, so your job will not get boring! :)

Wordpress, Social Media Accounts - Secondary Role: We have a number of wordpress sites that we have built and manage for different clients. We will provide training and direction, and we would need assistance in updating and making changes to these sites. In addition we have a number of social media accounts: Instagram, Tiktok that we manage and we’d need assistance in updating these accounts with new content.
