We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to help with Airbnb room turnovers at our boutique hotel in El Segundo.
๐ About Us
34-room property: 24 residents + 12 Airbnb rooms
Located just ยฝ mile from the beach with plenty of free parking
Fun, exciting work environment at Beach House
๐งน The Work
15โ20 rooms per week (2โ5 per day depending on bookings)
Each room takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour (deep clean expected)
Strip linens, clean vanity, wipe surfaces, dust, mop, reset rooms to guest-ready condition
๐ต Pay & Hours
$17.87/hour (1099 contractor)
Part-time, on-call with 24-hour notice
Flexible schedule, great for supplemental income
โ Requirements
Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (Airbnb/hotel a plus)
Must be dependable, work efficiently, and pay attention to detail
Transportation to El Segundo required
