1. Airbnb cleaner: $40 per cleaning
2 hours per day, 3-6 days per week:
Small 2 bedroom property (750 sqft)
Throw out trash, replace liners
Remove Sheets, Put new sheets, make beds, do laundry
Wipe down restroom with disinfecting wipes (sink, toilet, windex mirrors)
Wipe down counters and tables and leather sofa (with proper supplies)
Clean any visible mess (sweep/mop/wipe/clean)
Put any clean dishes away
If needed clean stove/microwave/shower, etc.
MUST follow the training! I provide cleaning supplies.
2. Assistant: $18/hr
Need assistant to run the airbnb when I am not available:
(Be on standby for guest requests such as towels, purchases, rides, etc. MUST be good with people and communication.)
Perform other tasks as needed

1. Yard care person: Medium size yard. Light raking to remove fruits/pits from grass. Cut Grass, Dump shreds in green bin.
Trim Edges. Sweep sidewalk and driveway and patio of grass shreds. Pull/uproot any visible weeds. Water 2 areas of grass/plants.
No Chemicals, Manual weed pulling (including root) only. Can use white vinegar to kill weeds growing on sidewalk but not in grass as it will kill the grass as well. Very simple. MUST have reliable transportation and be able to do the above. I have some equipment available for use.
