An excellent Center Channel speaker from Gershman Acoustics for who I was their Metro NY when I owned a high end audio and video dealership in DUMBO in Brooklyn. In fact, I still own my demo pair of Gershaman's Avantgarde RX-20 speakers (in Black Lacquer) which I am also now selling. This CX-C was used only a few times over the years but having moved from NYC to DC, back to NY and back here to LA, they do have some purely cosmetic imperfections, none seen from in front of the speaks and the grill cloth on these are pretty much as the day they went to my listening studio from what I believe was already known as the NY Audio Show where this and the Avantgardes were being displayed and played through.
The primary reason I am selling these speakers, as well as my Talon Audio Khorus MK II truly full-range speakers (which can be updated to the final MkIII update by their designer, Mike Farnsworth if you desire) is that I am moving to Spain in early January. The key reason I am leaving them to another is that my shipment schedule was originally October. Had I known shipping wasn't going to be until just before flying out they'd remain mine.
If you're interested I'm also re-homing a slew of other high-end audio equipment. excellent Parasound JC3 Phono Pre-amp, an outstanding Electrocompaniet EMC-I MK II CD player, along with a barely used Electrocompaniet ECM I MK II Network and Audio Streaming DAC (current model), Basis Audio 2001 Turntable with Graham 2.0 tonearm , Tice Audio Powerblock III Signature Power Conditioner , Art Audio Jota high-current SET amplifier, and, along with many cables, a beast of a gorgeous 450LBS furniture grade-all maple 48" W by x-24" D three-shelf equipment stand isand am taking only one system that's being modified for 230v power around seriously rare Dali Megaline III speakers that were never intended to be other than an stunning delivery for a TacT Audio (now Lyngdorf Audio) trade show presentation.
