$399 for 12 Week Fitness Challenge in South Bay! Start With Yourself (SWY) is a community based health and fitness challenge that is offering access to 25+ gyms/studios and will feature 12 different disciplines. Our kick off weekend is February 25/26, 2017.
SWY is highlighting 2-3 different studios per week and each studio will be offering several class options for all days of the week. Participants will be able to choose classes that best fit their schedule and participation is unlimited. Participants are encouraged to attend as many classes as possible throughout the week and at all participating studios.
Participants also have opportunities to win prizes simply for attending a class! Social media discussion of the program and participating studios will earn more opportunities to win!
SWY will conduct a "before and after" fitness assessments to track your personal results as well as provide access to health professionals to discuss injury prevention, nutrition, give guided grocery store tours and much more.
This program is unique because you will not be doing anything alone. The Swy South Bay program is community based, designed to get people connected with each other to promote local small business and to experience new adventures.
