ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a high-performance workforce infrastructure company that supports venues, hotels, lounges, restaurants, private events, and commercial properties with last-minute, urgent operational staffing — including valet support, access control, crowd management, and on-site security coverage.
We’re currently hiring disciplined, professional, and high-standard Valet Support Workers and Security Guard Workers to join our on-call workforce.
This role is for operators who live by the 3 P’s:
Punctual. Professional. Precise.
And who execute every shift using the SPINO method:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Depending on the project, duties may include:
•Managing guest arrivals, departures, and traffic flow
•Assisting valet operations with vehicle staging and guest coordination
•Providing access control, bag checks, and credential verification
•Monitoring entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas
•Supporting crowd control and guest flow during peak periods
•Maintaining visible presence to deter issues and enforce policies
•Following instructions from the Lead, Venue Manager, or Project Manager
•Ensuring all areas are safe, orderly, and professionally managed at all times

✅ Clear communicator who follows direction and maintains control
✅ Previous valet, security, hospitality, or event experience is a plus
✅ Guard card or security certification is a plus (not required for all roles)
