We're a high-volume, breakfast-focused kitchen serving a loyal neighborhood crowd and we re looking for a skilled, efficient line cook who knows their way around a grill and can execute at pace without sacrificing quality.
Requirements:
Respectful, reliable, professional, positive attitude, team player
Strong grill skills must be comfortable on the line
Able to execute at high volume while maintaining quality and consistency
Familiarity with DOH protocols, great if you have food handler's card!
Core Responsibilities:
Cook a variety of items (eggs, meats, pancakes, sandwiches) to spec
Set up and work the line during daily service
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary station
Operate and clean all kitchen equipment safely
