Position: Bar Manager / Lead Bartender
Compensation: $21 Hourly + Tips on bar shifts - $25 Hourly on Floor Manager shifts
Schedule: Full-Time (Guaranteed 5 Days/Week)
Location: Westwood, CA
The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced bar manager or lead bartender who’s ready to take the next step in their hospitality career. You’ll lead a talented bar team, oversee inventory and ordering, help develop cocktail programs, and create standard operating procedures that keep the bar running seamlessly. This position also includes a mix of floor manager shifts, working closely with the General Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences across the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to deliver top-tier service and consistency.
Manage all bar inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
Create and implement SOPs for efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with the GM to design seasonal cocktail menus and bar initiatives.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
Assist in floor management, guest relations, and nightly service oversight.
Handle opening and closing duties, cash handling, and shift reports.
Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Who You Are:
A hands-on leader who thrives in a busy, high-energy environment.
Experienced in bartending and bar operations (2+ years preferred).
Organized, proactive, and passionate about hospitality.
Creative with cocktails and loves mentoring others.
Ready to grow into a management role with long-term potential.
