We’re rolling out a savory lunch program, growing our pizza catering events, and looking for a Kitchen Manager to help lead and organize the daily food operation behind it all.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in the kitchen: managing prep, keeping the space clean and humming, building systems that actually get followed, and stepping in to support events and pop-ups when needed.

🔪 What You’ll Do:
• Oversee daily kitchen prep for lunch, pastry components, and specials
• Create systems for opening, closing, cleaning, and keeping mise en place dialed every day
• Help build out the lunch menu alongside the owner and bakery team
• Support pizza and catering events—not leading yet, but know how they run and be ready to help
• Maintain inventory, prep lists, and basic ordering
• Coordinate with bakery and pastry teams to keep the savory side aligned
• Keep the kitchen organized, clean, and running smoothly day in, day out

🧠 Who You Are:
• A culinary professional with real kitchen experience—you’ve run shifts, built prep lists, and know how to keep a line tight
• Strong with systems, communication, and follow-through
• Not afraid of scrubbing a station or jumping on the line if needed
• Excited to grow with a small team and build something new from the ground up
• You take pride in a kitchen that’s spotless, efficient, and peaceful
• Bonus if you have experience with pizza, catering, or sourdough—but not required
