YOU: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Coffee Shop team member to play a pivotal role in our opening and systems execution. The ideal candidate is self motivated, organized, has a "guest first" approach, an understanding of day-to-day coffee shop operations, and the ability to professionally uphold and maintain our standards of food, service & hospitality.
Coffee shop team members are responsible for providing our guests with an unforgettable experience. Our attention to detail goes beyond simply making a cup of coffee.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain efficient flow of service, and uphold high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Follow protocols in place to maintain in-house coffee roasting for both service, and retail.
Stay up to date on Retail, Helms Baked goods , Prepared Foods, and Seasonal selections
Ensure proper equipment maintenance and cleanliness.
Follow opening and closing protocols.
Stay on top of prep work for the smoothie bar, soft serve, and syrups made in house.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1+ years of coffee shop, smoothie bar, or counter service
Serve Safe certified
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional demeanor, appearance, and floor presence
Proficiency in Toast POS System
Fully available with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
