Responsibilities:

• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain Landwer's high standards
• Create and update menus, ensuring variety and quality
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
