They need to have a way to get to redondo beach every day, they will be driving so they need a valid drivers license, and a cellphone, they need to have a food handlers card and have or get an RBS license. The most important thing is that you show up every time. They need to be able to lift heavy items like boxes of bottles and big bags of ice. Should be okay with being on camera, being posted on social media, and posting creative skits. Must be okay with learning recipes and flair bartending. $20 an hr plus tips when applicable.
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. This role requires proficiency in various POS systems, the internet, as well as a strong background in the food and beverage industry, particularly in fine dining and nightlife settings.
Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely manner. Sell any Let's Go Viral Products.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
Occasional Shopping, Arrive to each event early, set up, serve, clean and pack up and drive back.
Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
Utilize POS systems for order entry, cash handling, and payment processing.
Manage inventory levels of bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
Assist in training new staff on bartending techniques, customer service standards, and operational procedures.
Driving, Cleaning, working independently, taking pictures and videos of you working each event. Posting to social media.
Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle peak hours effectively while maintaining quality service.
Qualifications
Demonstrate Team building personalities and leadership skills.
Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.
Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Basic math skills for managing cash transactions and drink recipes accurately.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
Knowledge of brewing techniques is advantageous for crafting specialty drinks.
