Madre Oaxacan Restaurant is currently seeking a Head Chef to oversee the culinary operations of our four locations.
The ideal candidate must have extensive experience with Mexican or Oaxacan cuisine and be capable of leading a diverse Back of House team. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing authentic new dishes and recipes.
- Training and developing kitchen leads across all four restaurants.
- Establishing and maintaining rigorous health, safety, and quality standards.
- Working the line alongside cooks to ensure high-standard execution of menu items.
- hiring and training for all cooks in the company
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Mexican products and large-scale team leadership.
- Ability to work lunch and dinner shifts as needed.
- Weekend availability is mandatory.
