What We’re Looking For:
• Experience working in a professional kitchen
• Strong knife skills and understanding of basic cooking techniques
• Ability to work clean, organized, and fast
• Respect for ingredients and consistency

Responsibilities:
• Prepare menu items to spec
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness + food safety standards
• Assist with prep and daily kitchen operations
• Contribute to a smooth, respectful kitchen environment
