ALL RESULTS ARE ACHIEVED THROUGH PHONE CONVERSATIONS, EMAIL, AND TEXT COMMUNICATIONS.
I have two offices that I work from: Los Angeles, California on the west coast and Fairfield, Iowa in the Midwest.

EFFORTLESS TO START:
Each client and me will sign a standard Accountant-Client Agreement. Please provide me with the following information to type on the agreement:
[1.] NAME.
[2.] EMAIL.
[3.] PHONE.
[4.] ADDRESS.
[5.] COMPANY NAME AND THE STATE IT WAS REGISTERED, IF APPLICABLE.
I will email you the agreement. After it is signed by us, you may email me your tax information, including a digital copy of your latest filed federal IRS and state taxes.
PLEASE NOTE: A customary client retainer of $400.00 is required from clients prior to services. The retainer is applied towards your 1st invoice. Subsequent retainers may also be required. If the invoice amount is less than the retainer, the difference is immediately refunded to the client.
EXTENSIVE BOOKKEEPING:
I use INTUIT QUICKBOOKS ONLINE, the leading accountant software. I offer a substantial 30% DISCOUNT ON ALL QUICKBOOKS ONLINE SUBSCRIPTIONS. Subscriptions start as low as $10 per month (including the discount).
I automatically capture ("download") all of your financial transactions from your bank accounts. Transactions are recorded and business-related, tax-deductible expenses are highlighted to save you on annual taxes. Bookkeeping is usually $60 per hour.
Your 25%+ DISCOUNT is $45 per hour!
TAX RETURNS:
Tax returns take anywhere from 1 to 2 1/2+ hours to complete, federal or state. Everyone's financial portfolio is unique. I cannot give you an exact estimate before I actually do your tax returns. However, you will find that my client reviews are excellent and I complete work quickly and accurately.
Electronic Filing (E-FILE) is available for fastest processing and refunds.
TAX RETURN SCHEDULES:
[1.] W-2 employee tax return: Usually $135 per hour. Your 25%+ DISCOUNT is $100 per hour!
[2.] Individual extensive tax returns, multiple tax schedules, independent contractors, self-employed businesses, single-member LLCs, and nonprofit organizations: Usually $155 per hour. Your 25%+ DISCOUNT is $115 per hour!
[3.] Partnership tax returns, multi-member LLCs, corporations ("C" and "S"), estate and trust: Usually $175 per hour. Your 25%+ DISCOUNT is $130 per hour!
[4.] Prior–year and amended tax returns are the same DISCOUNTS as above.
REPORTS:
The following are usually $75 per hour. Your 25%+ DISCOUNT is $55 per hour!
Balance Sheet: assets, liabilities, and equity / capital.
Budgets.
Commissions & Royalties.
Email communications.
Loans.
Payroll.
Phone calls / consultations.
Profit & Loss Statement: income, expenses, and net profit / loss.
Research specific client tax laws.
Research specific client topics.
Review client records.
Sales tax.
Text communications.
Travel is a reduced DISCOUNT of $25 per hour! For example, filing your taxes "certified mail" at the U.S. post office.

Payment is accepted by check, scanned and emailed for mobile deposit. PAYPAL is also accepted for cash, debit, or credit card remittance.
