Lightly used Kanex HDMI Audio Extractor — perfect for connecting streaming devices like Apple TV to an amp, AV receiver, or sound system that requires optical (TOSLINK) or 3.5mm audio output.
We used this briefly with our Apple TV + receiver setup (which we no longer have). It’s in excellent working condition and includes everything shown.
